Netherlands club: Head of Rugby & 1st XV Coach (EU)

A Netherlands club is looking for a Head of Rugby and a Team Coach.

Head of Rugby
Part-time: 20 hours a week*
Renumeration: As self‐employed professional (ZZP‐er), lump-sum amount per month
Starting: June/July 2025
Contract period: 10 months, with intention to extend for minimum of three years
*Potential to be combined with 1st team coach into a full-time role (40 hours a week)

Role: The Head of Rugby is responsible for the development and implementation of coaching strategies and performance programmes across all levels and age groups of rugby within the club. This role involves coordinating training programmes, coaching sessions, managing player development and ensuring the effective delivery of high‐performance programmes to enhance the overall development and success of the rugby teams.

1st XV Coach

Role: The 1st XV coach is responsible for the development and implementation of training, coaching and game strategies for the 1st XV, aligned with the overall strategies of the club. You will develop individual and team performance programs for the entire selection of the 1st XV. You will work in close cooperation with the Head of Rugby; alignment on rugby technical strategy is key for consistent team and player development.
