Players

The Oval15.com platform is tailored to help players take control of their rugby journey.

Players can create and manage their own Oval15 player profile – editing and updating it whenever they want.

Players also have the power to send their profile directly to clubs. All they have to do is go to the vacancy posted by a club, and click apply. If a club is interested in a player whose profile they have received, they will receive the player’s contact details.

Player subscription fees:

Players who join the platform pay a monthly subscription fee of 100 South African rand (if located in South Africa, Namibia or Zimbabwe) or 200 South African rand (if located in other countries).

Player sign-up process:

1. Click ‘Registration’ in the menu bar.

2. In the drop-down menu, click ‘Player Registration’.

3. Complete the registration form, agree to the Terms & Conditions and click ‘Register’.

4. You will receive an email confirming that you have registered and that your account is pending approval. If your account is approved, you will receive another email with a link to the platform where you can choose a password for your account.

5. Pay your monthly subscription fee at the ‘Checkout’ page and complete your Oval15 profile.

Clubs

For clubs, the Oval15.com platform is specifically tailored to help speed up the recruitment process.

With the ‘Player Search’ filter, a club can search for talented players from all over the world who have registered on the Oval15 platform based on positions, age and passports held.

Clubs that don’t want to go through the hassle of searching for players can post their player requirements on the platform. Players can then apply for the requirement, with CVs coming straight to the club.

And for clubs, the Oval15.com platform is FREE!

Club sign-up process:

1. Click ‘Registration’ in the menu bar.

2. In the drop-down menu, click ‘Club Registration’.

3. Complete the registration form, agree to the Terms & Conditions and click ‘Register’.

4. You will receive an email confirming that you have registered and that your account is pending approval.

5. If your account is approved, you will receive another email with a link to the platform where you can change your password and log into your account.
