Jepy Tipoy is a 19-year-old forward who brings raw physicality and aggression to the game. Standing 1.95m tall and weighing 110kg, he uses his size and strength to make a significant impact on both sides of the ball.

Tipoy’s key strengths include his physical presence as a defender and ball-carrier, consistency at the lineout and strong finishing ability close to the tryline. He embraces contact, using it to gain momentum and impose himself on opponents. Whether breaking the gain line or shutting down attacks, he delivers a consistent physical impact.

Currently playing for Tuks Young Guns, Tipoy has already earned provincial honours and was named Most Promising Non-Matriculate Rugby Player in 2023. In 2024, he finished as the top try-scorer for Sutherland High School.

Ambitious and driven, Tipoy continues to develop under quality coaching with the goal of becoming a professional rugby player.
