Charles Williams is a 27-year-old rugby player with experience across South Africa and Portugal. He progressed through the Cheetahs' junior ranks, representing their U19, U20 and U21 teams, while also playing for the Shimlas Young Guns.

Williams went on to compete in the Varsity Cup with the Central University of Technology (CUT) for two seasons before earning a Currie Cup trial with the Lions, where he gained valuable experience in a professional environment. He completed his university rugby career at North-West University (Pukke), featuring in the Varsity Cup during his final season.

He then signed with the Leopards, spending two seasons playing in the SA Cup and Currie Cup First Division. In September last year, Williams moved to Portugal to compete in the country's Top 12 competition, further expanding his experience and continuing his development in an international rugby environment.
