Kudzwai Dube began his professional career with the Bulls U19 team in 2018 and spent three years in the union’s junior structures. He captained the Bulls U21 side to SA Rugby U21 Cup success in 2021 as part of their back-to-back U21 title wins.
In 2019, Dube was selected for the Junior Springboks and played every match at the World Rugby U20 Championship in Argentina, where South Africa finished third. He was also invited to the Springboks’ Green vs Gold camp in 2021.
Dube subsequently joined Griquas, playing every match in his debut season as they reached the Currie Cup final. He was a regular starter from 2021 to 2024 before joining the Pumas in August 2025. Dube helped the Pumas win the 2026 SA Cup and has since featured in the Currie Cup.
