Godfrey Mzanargwo has represented Zimbabwe from junior level, captaining the U20 side in 2018 before progressing to the senior sevens team and competing on the HSBC Sevens Series. Later that year, he made his senior 15s debut for the Sables and has since earned 28 Test caps.
Mzanargwo has won two Africa Cup titles with Zimbabwe and was named Man of the Match in the 2025 Africa Cup final, which secured the Sables’ qualification for the 2027 Rugby World Cup.
At club level, he represented the University of the Western Cape in the Varsity Cup from 2020 to 2022 before signing a two-year deal with Griquas and later joining the Valke. Most recently, he has featured in nine SA Cup matches, two Currie Cup games and three Nations Cup fixtures.
