A quality Hospital Cup club based in Brisbane, Queensland is looking to recruit quality players for the 2026 season.
The club is looking for players in the following positions:
- Mens Open 1st Grade team:
- Tight Lock (5)
- Ball Carrying Lineout Lock/BR(4/6)
- U-20s Men’s:
- Flyhalf (10)
The club can offer the following package for players. Please note, the below is dependent on the player level/experience and is at the discretion of the club:

- Job: The club has a number of contacts (depending on qualifications and industry)
- Accommodation: Club can help find accommodation for players (costs will be covered by player)
- Flights/travel costs: Club can cover travel costs from country of residence (depending on player level)

Visa costs: Club can cover visa costs, if player meets level/criteria required by club
- Match Fees: If selected in 1st Men’s or Colts U/20s, plus win bonus (allocation is dependent on player level/expereince)
- Gym: Free gym on site
- Kit: Training and playing kit supplied
- Fees: Registration fees covered by club
- Medical: Onsite physio/ Rehab and medical services and treatment, (NB: Players will need to have own health insurance)
Pre-season starts in early January, and players must be available to arrive in Australia by the latest 2 February 2026.
Players must have the appropriate visa to work & stay in Australia for 8 months. Players with AUS/NZ passports qualify, while players who qualify for Australian Working Holiday Visa (417) or Australian Working Holiday Visa (462) (see passports above) are also be eligible.
