Players must be considered as:

Criteria:

Currently playing at an Elite Level (Test Rugby, URC, Top 14, English Premiership, NPC, Pro D2 or equivalent)
Strong Physical Profile (e.g. 2m+, 110kg+)
Extensive Experience in an Elite Professional Environment
Elite Aerial & Lineout Skills (Lineout Calling, Lineout Defence, Aerial Ability etc)
