A Canadian Rugby Club based in British Columbia is seeking a suitably qualified Head Coach to lead their Senior side from mid-2026 onwards.
Applicant Criteria:
- Young, Ambitious Coach looking for a new experience overseas – must be younger than 33 Years Old
- Must be eligible for an IEC Work Visa (click link to find out more)
- Hold a World Rugby Level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent (Level 3 is advantageous)
- Eager to develop a strong team environment, with focus on improving player development
Details:
- Season: August – May
- Commitment: Evening and Weekend availability is required (includes Practices, Matches, and other events)
- Contract: Ongoing agreement, seasonal role (compensation TBD in interview)
- Location: British Columbia, Canada
The club aims to provide a strong support system to ensure coaches have a smooth transition into the new role so they can focus on coaching, while providing them with the opportunity to develop a strong competitive rugby environment focusing on developing players.

Job Role:
- Game preparation as well as on-field training
- Help players develop their technical skills & physicality through designing and delivering rugby sessions
- Motivate players to perform to the best of their ability, while setting clear team & individual goals
- Aim to build strong relationships with club officials, players and other relevant staff
- Improve club performance through the coordination of coaches and team support staff
